This agreement is between you and RightJoin Technologies Inc. ("RightJoin") for the use of the RightJoin Interview Platform and related services (the "Service"). The Service includes both mock interviews for individual users and prescreening interviews for companies. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

RightJoin is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold RightJoin and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
RightJoin may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of the State of Washington, where RightJoin operates out of, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Washington for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
RightJoin reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes have been notified will constitute your consent to such changes.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
