Terms Of Service

This agreement is between you and RightJoin Technologies Inc. ("RightJoin") for the use of the RightJoin Mock Interview Platform and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. RightJoin reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, without notice.

Agreement to Terms

This agreement is between you and RightJoin Technologies Inc. ("RightJoin") for the use of the RightJoin Interview Platform and related services (the "Service"). The Service includes both mock interviews for individual users and prescreening interviews for companies. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Service Description

RightJoin provides an automated interview platform that utilizes advanced AI to offer:

  • Personalized mock interviews for individual users based on their resume and targeted job roles.
  • Prescreening interviews for companies to evaluate potential candidates.
The Service includes, but is not limited to, interview simulation, performance assessment, feedback provision, and candidate evaluation for companies.

User Accounts

  • You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. This includes, but is not limited to, the following restrictions:

  • Do not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service or its content.
  • Do not attempt to access the Service using a method other than the interface and the instructions provided by RightJoin.
  • Do not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.
  • Do not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system or network.

Data Privacy

RightJoin is committed to protecting your privacy and data. Our use of your personal information and interview data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Intellectual Property

  • All content generated during interviews, including questions and feedback, is owned by RightJoin.
  • Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for their personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You retain all rights to your personal data and content submitted to the Service.

Limitation of Liability

RightJoin is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. RightJoin does not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted basis.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RightJoin and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Termination

RightJoin may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of the State of Washington, where RightJoin operates out of, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Washington for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Amendments to the Terms

RightJoin reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes have been notified will constitute your consent to such changes.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
